The 1st Open Roof Cafe in PJ

I use to have a dream:


View out of NXP office’s pantry, you can see a new brown color building, this building is just beside of Amada Hotel. My dream is rent a roof area of this building and open a Roof Cafe over there… KLCC view + roof side + open air + KLCC view + KL Tower view + KL view + Shah Alam view + jazz music + Wi-Fi + nice coffee (no Kopi O) = Romantic + relax + etc…. WORK man, sure work one… The 1st Open Roof Cafe in PJ.

BUT… But … but…
Recently I only know this building is belong to TiaTong Restaurant….

Brak~~~ "Dream break"… Cook your Niscaffe and go back to work lah…. dream too much lah…

天與海的故事

今天收到了一封很有意義的SMS. :

其實我也累了… 跑了很久…好久…. 真的好久了…
遇到多少難關我都挨得過去, 不管是工作上的, 錢財上的, 學業上的…
咬緊牙關就挨過去了….

但是最失敗的就是感情的問題….天啊…. Haiii….

My powerful Understanding Strategy Assigment (approximately USD 10Mil)

02 Mar 09:
Today I did some bold action; I call my customer Pana R&D GM and make appointment with him to share my view about Pana and current LCD-TV market situation. He say no time, ask me send him e-mail.

So that I send my Understanding Strategy assignment to him. After 1 hour he e-mail me appointment confirm at 03 Mar 09 3:00pm.

After that I immediate prepare a proposal to him at night,

03 Mar 09:
Morning continue prepare the proposal, go Pana at 2:15pm and meet him at 3:40pm. We have about an hour discussion. I explain to him what my assignment did, what is my finding, what is my proposal to Pana, what can NXP offer.

Finally he asks me do a solution proposal to him and personally ask me help to do SWOT of Pana. I agree will prepare a full solution proposal to him and SWOT of Pana in before end of this month.

If this project I design win LOC Top, I revenue of this project is approximately over USD 10Mil per 2 year. This is a big project.

Recently Pana door is open for us, now is depend how my Global Key Account Manager and BL Manager help on this project loh.

In fact I am very happy that my US assignment can help to open my customer door. If this assignment cannot get 70%.... that mean Pana-GM is stupid or my Module Leader is stupid….. I guess the ML is stupid rather then Pana-GM is stupid. Because this ML is egomania, arrogant, he will only think he is always right….. Others are stupid….. Stupid ML.

Today 2 of my colleague invite me to Gasing Hill Tracking. In fact they invite me many time already, but because of busy with by MBA assessment, I rejected them all the time. Anyway I should join them once since this week end going by to Kampah for ChingMing.... finally my Nike shoe gone....

一通電話 (老太太的故事)

今天早上收到一個電話(+6016 288 1132), 是一位老太太打來的. 當我收到那通電話時嚇了我一跳, 我在想怎么會有位老太太打來, 還知道我的名字…..


后來她的一翻解釋才記得, 原來她是在過年前我載過的那位老太太. 那天她要從Shah Alam Batu 3 Esso Petrol station 到 Guinness (GAB). 當visited JVC, 正要回office時, 我在想: 要加油嗎? Anyway 加油吧, 順便可以問一問如何用 Esso Smiles Point 換過年汽水. 加完了油, 走進counter , 見到一位老太太在counter 問油站的外撈如何call a taxi. After 問了how to use Esso Smiles Point 換過年汽水, 你知道我有多”八”的啦, 當我在問如何用 Esso Smiles Point 時, 我已經偷聽到她要call texi 了, 不過那外撈聽不懂. 我就只好繼續”八”下去咯. 問了問老太太, 才知道他忘了在Guinness (GAB)下車, 就在 Casberg下了車….. 他要去Sungai Way Pasar, 其實我不知道那裡是Sungai Way Pasar, 她說是在Guinness (GAB) 的對面而已, 那我就offer 載她過去咯… 終于到了… 真的是在Guinness (GAB) 的對面而已…她長氣的說了很多Thank you. 終于離開了… 真奇怪從Bangsa 到Sungai Way 洗頭髮

今天她是特地打電話來跟我道謝的… 我就只好將著件事寫在我的Blog咯.

Anyway, Thank for your call, I wish you every day is happy day, healthy everyday, good luck and all the best…
